Project management and training

A dedicated project manager will be assigned to be your main point of contact. The project manager will create the project plan and milestones, collect information and data required, and assist with questions.


Customer support for end users

Attendee Interactive answers end user support questions while submission and review are live. Tickets are answered during our normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9-5 pm ET. Coordination with your project manager in advance is required to ensure the support staff is available. (Note: only applicable to AI Evolution during the time submission and review are live.)
