Michael Tydings is the President & Co-Founder of Attendee Interactive (Ai). Michael is responsible for long term corporate strategy, business development, marketing initiatives, and overall software enhancements. As an ambassador of the hotel and tradeshow management industry, Michael has built a reputation as a conference management expert in today's association landscape. He is an expert at developing logistic strategies for conference managers. He also develops and executes successful software platforms for a wide and diverse client base. At Ai, he works closely with each department to ensure clients' success by providing the best combination of effective solutions and superior service.
Tim Lynott, Vice President & Co-Founder
Tim Lynott is the Vice President & Co-Founder of Attendee Interactive. Tim is primarily focused on building and strengthening daily operations, business development, and growing our CME platform, HighMarksCE. Tim is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 18 years of marketing strategy and sales experience. His past experience and commitment to customer service have been instrumental in creating a corporate culture and structure intended to allow Ai and HighMarksCE to succeed at delivering the highest level of customer service. His philosophy on customer service is simple: listen to what the client wants and then exceed their expectations.
Jason Daiger, Director of Information Technology
As the Director of IT. Jason is responsible for steering and implementing the company's information technology vision. Jason has a Masters of Science in Computer Science and over 15 years of experience in information systems design, project management, and application development. Jason has a passion for software engineering. He believes software should include a user-centered design and holds a strong commitment to customer service. Jason has been instrumental in shaping our company's software and service offerings. His strong belief in building usable and accessible websites allowed Ai to bring one of the first fully Section-508 compliant websites to the trade show industry.
Terri Parris, Controller
Terri Parris is the Controller at Attendee Interactive. Terri is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has over 20 years of practical accounting and finance experience. She oversees the company's daily financial transactions and planning. Terri has considerable experience in strategic planning, total quality management, budgeting, and cost savings.
Saika Bhavnagari - Client Services Manager
Saika is responsible for client partnerships which means she has a clear focus on client’s contract to ensure all needs are met. She provides outstanding customer service support which builds strong relationships with Ai’s clients. She works directly with the developers, and oversee the Project Management Staff. She keeps a watchful eye on all client projects to ensure the best outcomes. Saika strongly believes in best practices; therefore, her mentoring style is to provide excellent feedback to her staff sharing ideas and knowledge. She works directly with the executive team to develop a strategic & tactical direction for client services, related policy, and vision. In her free time, Saika loves to travel always willing to explore new territory and is always up for shopping.
Amy Karfonta - Marketing and Sales Coordinator
As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, Amy brings over 20 years of experience including marketing, public relations, fundraising and event planning to Attendee Interactive. Although she wears many different hats daily, which is one thing she loves about marketing, her number one priority is always customer service for clients and potential clients. She is very excited to be a part of Ai as they continue to grow. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering for numerous activities and spends countless hours watching her sons play sports
