December 2011 System Enhancements

Attendee Interactive recently incorporated these system enhancements.

Abstract Module

Images: Ai added support to allow abstract submitters the ability to link an image and/or table with one of the following steps: Purpose, Materials, Results or Conclusion (steps may be relabeled). The system displays a drop-down box used to 'link' the image or table with a specific step. Once linked to that step, the system will display the image or table after the text for that step.

Images/Supporting Files:
Ai added a new database field for abstract submitters to add a caption to their image/supporting file.

Resizing Images:
Ai added functionality for the system to auto resize abstract images for consistency throughout submitted abstracts.

Supporting Files:
Ai now has the capability to require a minimum number of supporting files for an abstract submission. We are constantly adding features to ensure the abstract submitter provides all required information, which makes your job easier.

Learning Objectives:
Ai listened to your needs and built a step in the abstract submission process to allow submitters to enter individual learning objectives. We can support as many objectives as you require and provide optional text fields as well.

Sponsor:
Ai built a new feature in the abstract submission process for submitters to designate a "sponsor" for their abstract. The "sponsor" can be notified from the system to approve the abstract before it is finalized.

Styling:
Ai got tired of the look of the abstract navigation and decided to spruce things up. Colors can be customized to your conference theme.

Abstracts To Review:
Ai updated the system to allow grouping of abstracts on this page by category.

Session Builder:
Ai added the review results to the preview of the abstracts when they are slotted into sessions so users do not have to search for the review results separately.

CE/CME Module

Post Test/Evaluation: Ai continues to develop the CME Module to stay current with AMA and ACCME requirements. Users who wish to claim credits can be required to complete a Post Test/Evaluation that is unique to each event or session they attend. The Post Test can also be set up to require a minimum passing score in order for the user to receive credit.

Exhibitor Module

Consolidate Orders: Ai added a feature to consolidate exhibitor orders for companies with more than one order. This keeps the invoice looking polished and professional.

Forms

Sort Order: Ai added a sort order option for clients who do not want to sort their speaker and exhibitor forms by due date or alphabetically. We strive to allow as much flexibility in our modules as possible.

Itinerary Planner

Presentations: Users can now search by Presentation Level in addition to Event Level and add Presentations to their itinerary.

Registration

Image Upload: Ai added the option for registrants to upload an image during the registration process. This feature was specifically used to verify certification of a particular registration group who received a discounted rate.

Reporting

Abstract Scores and Comments: Ai added the average score, standard deviation and review comments to the following standard abstract reports: Abstract Ad-Hoc, Abstract Details, Abstract Details w/ Responses, Abstract Summary. In addition, the Abstract Ad-Hoc report supports multiple rounds of reviews in which you can view scores and comments for all rounds in one report.

Vendors

Room Set Floor Plan: Ai added the option for vendors to upload room set specific floor plans (i.e., PDF's unique to each function).
