The Challenge

MRI Software hosts an annual International User Conference that attracts up to 1,000 attendees and provides networking opportunities, guest speakers, sponsors and a solutions room. A tight time frame was in place to launch registration for this conference. A website needed to be created immediately, and meeting invitations needed to be sent out for the registration process to begin.

Solution

In 2010, MRI Software decided to use Ai's Registration Management Module to manage this event. By utilizing this system their registration ran smoothly, processing all pre-registrations, as well as execution on-site.
