In-House Customer Support
Ai uses multiple lines of communication to give you the best customer support. We have a dedicated in-house phone line just for client questions. There are multiple email alert accounts going to different areas of the company so your requests are routed to the correct person the first time. For project management, we use a software called TeamWork -- you'll be able to see real time development of your software solutions for your conference.
Assigned Project Manager
A Project Manager is assigned to every client. Their role is to ensure that the unique workflow and needs of every conference is addressed and communicated to our technology department. Project Managers will facilitate all aspects of the website development phase which includes site development, creation of project deadlines and client training. Once the site is available to third party users, our Project Managers continue to monitor the site and identify corrective actions to address issues properly if they occur.
Our technology team has the ability to review existing data for conversion from other software systems into Ai 4.0. With data technology ever-evolving, our clients trust us to provide the best advice about how to maintain and upload their valuable data. In addition, Ai works with its clients to pass data from one system to another. Whether you are looking to pass data from your AMS system or other applications, Ai will work with your vendors to develop ways of integrating the two systems.
Every conference needs a website. Ai has in-house designers who can build custom websites and provide clients with multiple templates to choose from. We work with our clients to give them the look and feel they are trying to achieve for their conference.
Providing management with the right information is key for managing any successful event. Ai 4.0 includes a feature called "My Reports" which offers clients the ability to build their own reports containing the exact information they need, when they need it. Once a report is created it can be saved to be easily used again at any time.
